Please allow 1- 2 business days for delivery from dispatch of your order. Shipping time is on top of the print time advertised on each products page.

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Signed For service — Orders will require a signature on delivery. 

If our schedule allows, we may be able to arrange for an express print and ship service at an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order if you require your stationery sooner than our standard print and shipping times.

Shipping terms

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks will be needed to verify a payment and this may delay an order. We will contact you if there is a delay or an item is out of stock.

Shipping times should be used as a guide only, these are not guaranteed. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, from time-to-time, delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control.

For the United Kingdom, we will aim to send all orders to print the same day if approved before our cut-off time of 1PM GMT, and 10AM GMT for European and International destinations. If approval is received after this time, your order will proceed the next business day.

Processing and shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Taking delivery of your goods

All order ship Monday - Friday. A signature will be required to accept your order, so please ensure someone will be available to sign for the goods. If no one is available to accept the delivery, a card will be left so that you can arrange a redelivery or to collect from your local Royal Mail office. Where items are not collected and subsequently returned to us, a redelivery charge will be payable by the customer.

Loss or delay

If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know and we will look into the whereabouts of your order.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Inspect everything as soon as you receive your goods and let us know if there are any issues or if anything is missing right away. Enclose a photograph of any damages or errors, and include your order reference number. Notifications received after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

What is your returns policy?

We’re sure that you will love everything that you order from us but if you change your mind, you have 14 days to send non-personalised items back to us. You should return items unused, and sealed in their original packaging with any tags or labels intact.

Items that have been personalised cannot be returned unless faulty. If the goods received have an error and the error is ours (i.e. after proof approval), we promise to put it right as soon as possible. Should you change your mind before giving approval to print, please see our cancellation policy.

The cost of returning the item/s to us is at your expense. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so for your own protection, we recommend using a tracked or registered delivery service.

Email us before sending your item(s) back to us so that we can let you know where to send your return to. You can expect to receive the refund within 7 days of sending your items back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

Misprinted/incorrect items

Should your items not arrive in accordance with the final proof approved by you, please email us to let us know and we will advise how to proceed with replacements. Any notifications made after 7 days of receiving the order will not be accepted. Please do not return any items to us without notifying us first.
