We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 business days for non-customised items, and 5 business days for customised items (from proof approval). Delivery times displayed below are on top of this time. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.

Shipping Terms

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks will be needed to verify a payment and this may delay an order. We will contact you if there is a delay or an item is out of stock.

Delivery times are guidelines only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time-frame.

For the UK, we will endeavour to send all orders to print the same day if approved before our cut-off time of 1PM GMT, and 10AM GMT for European and International destinations. If approval is received after this time, we will endeavour to proceed with printing the next business day.

Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Taking delivery of your goods

All order ship Monday - Friday. A signature will be required to accept your order, so please ensure someone will be available to sign for the goods. If no one is available to accept the delivery, a card will be left so that you can arrange a redelivery or to collect from your local Royal Mail office. Where items are not collected and subsequently returned to us, a redelivery charge will be payable by the customer.

Loss or delay

If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know and we will look into the whereabouts of your order.

What if my item(s) are damaged or incorrect?

If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number in the subject line. We will respond to you on the same day if your email is received during business hours. 


We want to make sure that your expectations are exceeded. However, if you require a refund or exchange for any reason, please follow the instructions below. If you require any assistance with requesting a refund or exchange, please email us.

What is your returns policy?

We will provide a refund for any non-personalised items returned within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. You will be credited on the original payment method used. This may take up to 5-7 working days to reach the account.

Before returning an item, send us a quick email us to let us know about the return, and if the item is damaged or misprinted, please enclose a photo of the damaged item/s.

We reserve the right to reject the request of a return if we believe your intent is to purchase the same item(s) at a discounted price. All items must be unopened, unaltered, unused and presented in their original packaging. We will not issue a refund if the items show any signs of use or are damaged. We do not take responsibility for items until we receive them. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

Responsibility for the items and the return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalised items are non refundable. If you change your mind before giving approval to print, please see our cancellation policy.

Misprinted/Incorrect items

Should your items not arrive in accordance with the final proof approved by you, please email us to let us know and we will advise how to proceed with replacements. Any notifications made after 7 days of receiving the order will not be accepted. Please do not return any items to us without notifying us first.
