Our Process

You don't get married every day of the week; it's a HUGE deal and big investment - getting everything just right is essential to a super-smooth and stylish day. We want you to enjoy the process as well as loving the finished product; follow our lead for stress-free stationery perfection! 

01 EXPLORE

Browse our exclusive collection of stationery. Each suite offers a range of possibilities that can be personalised with an array of paper, type, print and colour options allowing you to create an affordable set that is uniquely your own without the bespoke price-tag. 02 CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

Finalise the details, place your order and arrange your payment.

Save the dates, invitations, insert cards, rsvp postcards and thank you cards can be purchased online. For packages and day stationery orders, please contact us with your requirements. After discussing your project, we will send you an invoice for full payment.

03 DESIGN AND COLLABORATION

Working closely with you, we will create your artwork and send your first proof by email within 2-3 business days; this is where you will be able to see your customisations take shape. 

04  MAKE IT PERFECT

Thoroughly check the artwork and let us have your feedback by asking us to make changes and correct any errors — This is your chance to perfect the design. We will continue to make changes (at no extra cost) until you are entirely happy with the final design.

05 PRINT PRODUCTION

Allow 7-10 business days for print production. For foil, white ink, bespoke or additional personalisation such as printed guest names or addressed envelopes, allow an additional 1-3 business days.

06 DELIVER

Your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days from dispatch. Need things sooner? Express print & delivery is available at an extra cost, subject to our availability — Please contact us for a quote.

Invitation Suite Pieces

Our invitation suites are comprised of the following pieces / options:

 

SAVE THE DATE
For destination weddings or weddings to be held during busy seasons and / or that will involve travel for guests, Save The Dates are an important pre-invitation and announcement to guests to reserve your date.

 

INVITATIONS
A formal invitation to guests available as either a 2 piece modern suite (invitation and envelope) or as 3 or 4 piece set (invitation, envelope with RSVP postcard and/or details enclosure card).

 

ADDITIONAL ENCLOSURES
Gift enclosure card : one or two key details (i.e website address or note on gifts)
Small details card : several key details on A6 size card (i.e details to rsvp by email or website, travel, accommodation, gifts or next day celebrations)
Location map : designed by us or artwork supplied by you, a map can be printed on the back of your stationery or on a separate piece of card. 

 

FINISHING OPTIONS
Guest names printed on invitations
Guest addresses printed on envelopes
Paper bands or jute twine to secure or hang name tags
Coordinating labels and envelope seals

 

THANK YOU CARDS
An essential item for super polite etiquette. Thank you cards can be printed with or without your favourite photo from your big day.

 

Timings

We welcome you to order in stages as you plan and confirm details in the months leading up to your wedding.

Generally, we recommend that save the dates are sent out 9-12 months prior, and invitations approximately 3-6 months before the wedding date. Alternatively, some couples opt to skip sending save the dates and send out invitations earlier.

For day and post wedding stationery, please allow between 2 and 6 weeks depending on printing technique and your requirements for design and print. As the weeks leading up to your wedding can be full of many last minute jobs and details, it’s always a good idea to get in touch 2-3 months prior to your wedding date to get started.

We proudly operate an open pricing structure across all our wedding collections — You can feel confident that the price you pay is the same for all our couples. Our honest pricing is reflective of the uniqueness and quality of each and every sheet of paper, carefully selecting eco-friendly supplies ensuring the least impact on our planet.

Wedding Packages

We are pleased to offer up to 20% off package orders because of the savings we are able to make in terms of design time, printing and production costs when larger quantity orders are placed.

Quantities

Consider ordering a few spares when it comes to calculating quantities as additions required at a later date will be subject to our minimum order requirement. Remember you will only need around 60% of your total guest list, allowing for couples and families when it comes to invitations, save the dates and thank you cards. Stationery is sold in multiples of 5 with a minimum requirement of 20 each (except for table plans, menus, table numbers and items sold singularly).

If you see a font you like on another of our designs, just let us know and will switch it over.
